Notes:

The lists above are announcement lists, also known as distribution lists.  Announcement lists consists of two elements: managers and members.  Managers post messages to and receive messages from the lists.  Members can receive messages but cannot post to lists.  Membership is dynamically assigned.  Users are assigned to a lists according to which Organizational Unit (OU) they are in.  As OU membership changes (say from Adjucts to Full-Time Faculty) list membership changes.  Please note that a user can be in one an only one OU.
